Crushing Division

Our crusher division has experienced and qualified service engineers who are responsible for all service and repairs.

These services include:

Site inspection for preventative maintenance
Site work repairs
Sourcing of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components
Refurbishment and sub assembly in our workshop
The re-engineering of parts where required

We can also:

Inspect and identify the cause of a breakdown through the dismantling and cleaning of the complete crusher
Organise an ultrasonic and magnetic particle and crack testing of major components, shafts and castings when required
Provide a written report on their findings including a quotation for repairs and reassembly

IHS is capable of servicing and repairing most crushing equipment manufactured in Australia and overseas. We specialise in converting existing mechanical locking and adjusted cone crushers to hydraulic systems.

Mining & Drilling

IHS can also repair, modify and service most of your hydraulic mining and drilling equipment. Our recently expanded workshop has the room and the capabilities to handle most jobs.
